STAMPING
In PROCEMEC, we have punch presses/hydraulic presses with 60-ton to 315-ton capabilities.
The punch presses/hydraulic presses exert pressure on a die or matrix to cut, bend, punch, shape, or mortise a material. They can be adjusted to the desired height, according to the dimensions of each die, regarding the necessary force for the stamping process.
We process components with diverse materials such as:
- Carbon steel.
- Stainless steel.
- Aluminum.
- Copper.
- Insulation.
The installed production capability is 40,550,000 pieces per year.
